During Worship
Nursery
We love children in church! However, if caregivers want a break, babies and toddlers ages 0- 3-years-old are invited to the Nursery during worship. Our qualified staff consists of an adult lead teacher and a teenage childcare worker who are CPR/First Aid Certified.
Children’s Church
Children’s Church is for 4-years-old to 2nd grade. Kiddos are invited to leave after the children’s message in worship for some age appropriate lessons and activities. Children will return to their families before communion.
Age-Specific Gatherings
Club 3-4-5
Club 3-4-5 provides time to build community, connect with other families, and learn more about our walk with Jesus. For children in 3rd-5th grades and their parents/guardians. For a full schedule, please email info@abidinghope.org.
Middle School Youth
We offer a confirmation program called “Affirm” for Middle School youth. Affirm exists to guide our Middle School students to affirm their identity as children of God. These 6th through 8th graders get together once a month. There they gather for music and worship then split to grade=level groups where adults and leaders guide them through games and conversations around matters of faith.
Senior High Youth
We are high school aged young adults who believe the world can be a better place. we believe love and life win, all are welcome, and all means all. We believe in radical inclusion and creating a drama-free place to be you.
Yearly Activities
Vacation Bible School (VBS)
Once a year, VBS serves as a faith building summer day camp experience to our greater community. VBS is currently on hold for 2022. Stay tuned for plans for 2023!
Servant Tour
Every summer, high school youth go out on Servant Tour where they serve at different location across the Nation. In 2022, owe will be traveling to Pine Ridge, South Dakota and beyond.
